Small Packet™ - International Surface® is a budget version with slower delivery times, generally 1–2 months to South America and Europe, 2–3 months to Asia-Pacific, Australia and Africa. Priority Express Mail upgrade is our recommended option for the delivery. It comes with tracking number and generally 3-5 business days in Canada; 6-14 business day for outside for international.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are starting from $300, you can direct contact us for your order’s pattern.
Order damage during transport?
There are two options you can choose from,
1. Full Refund and return the damage items.
2. Return the damage item and we will send a new item one more time, however there will be no second refund.
How long to take for custom order?
It usually take 2-3 weeks before shipping. Each product would take around 5-8 to be finished.
It would be around 2-4 layers for a product that take about 12 hours to dry each, and then it will be sanded and putted on mineral oil.
How to protect an ocean wooden board?
Indoor use only. Wash with warm water to clean.
Hand wash only with Mild soap and apply cutting board oil sometime.
Not dishwasher safe.
Can resin artwork be outside?
Exposing it deliberately to UV light is still not recommended to be safe. Avoid letting it freeze, overheat or collision. This is due to the expansion and contraction that can happen to the substrate, which adds stress to the resin coat and can cause it to crack; also, the heat can turn epoxy resin yellow or change the colour of the resin.
